When I devised my Necessary Accessory plan, I was searching for a simple, yet fun way to add more spiritual practice to everyday life. I have always practiced each accessory in some way, however I wanted to create a plan to incorporate each spiritual concept that would stick. My track record of falling back into an ego based fear routine was getting old, and I came to a point in my life where I had had enough. So, one night after meditating on my reoccurring issue of falling back to default ego thinking, I had a clear vision of a way to think with love more often. Listening to my spirit voice, I wrote down an outline of what the plan would look like. I loved the idea of concentrated practice of one spiritual idea at a time in order to redirect your thoughts, however whenever I attempted to focus on joy, or peace, or any of these loving ideas in the past, I would inevitably lose connection to my spirit the moment a fearful thought would creep back in. I knew I still had a lot of work to do in this area, and the Necessary Accessory plan was perfect for my journey. The wonderful thing about this plan, is that you can tailor it to suit your own spiritual journey. In the next few weeks I will be outlining the quick version of the plan in easy steps for you to follow. I’m so excited to be sharing it with you, and I hope it helps you find your spirit voice! I send healing blessings to all!
