The Necessary Accessories is a plan I devised to incorporate daily spiritual lessons into your life effortlessly. By practicing one concept each day, you will begin to change your thoughts from fear to love within a week. Because our lives are so busy these days, the plan accommodates our already jam packed schedules by being flexible and simple to follow. Each spiritual practice is started the night before in order to prepare your thoughts for the next day. There are three parts to the preparation.
