On this day of gratitude, I hope you remember the small things too! It’s the little things in life that we often forget to be thankful for, but they are the most important. If we can be grateful, even just for one day a week, for absolutely everything in our lives, we will begin to see changes that will astound us. Gratitude overload will bring you so much joy, love, and blessings, that you will want to practice it all the time. When we are grateful for the things we already have, and put energy behind the gratitude, our blessings multiply to a degree we never thought possible. Begin early in the morning and don’t stop until your head hits the pillow!
